🍒INGREDIENTS:
2 apples
Cut the apples into pieces

20 g of sugar
Fry the apples for 5 minutes.
250 g of cottage cheese
50 g of sugar

Melt the butter in a pan, add sugar and mix. Cut the apples into small cubes and put them in a pan with butter and sugar. Cook the apples until they are almost ready.
Combine cottage cheese, egg and sugar until smooth. Add the prepared apples there and mix everything. The filling is ready.
Spread out the pita bread, add the filling, smooth it out, leave the edges empty. Fold the edges of the filling 3 cm on both sides and roll the pita bread into a log.
For the filling, combine cream, egg and sugar. Cover the roulade with it. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 C. Cool the roll slightly and cut into portions.
