ONLY 341 UK CARS...HOW DOES THE BMW E90 M3 LCI SALOON DRIVE VS E92 COUPE
I hope you are all well and are enjoying the content on the channel. In todays video we find out what the BMW E90 M3 DCT/EDC is like to drive compared to an E92 Manual with no EDC!
We discuss the benefits of each gearbox and suspension setup and also cover details about the differences in the chassis with 4 doors vs 2 door.
Absolute stunner of a car and one that I think is going to increase in value significantly over the next few years!

I’m still enjoying my 2011 E90 M3 DCT 128k miles and counting! Two owners and I’m 3rd owner.
Very well done. Liked the Drone footage…. A future “Harris” in the making!

She’s a beauty do you own it or is this a review?
Enjoying my '08 manual E92 M3. I did consider getting a DCT car as its is a great gearbox but went for the manual for the added driver involvement and its only used at weekends. I like the fact that the clutch on the E92 M3 is not super heavy unlike on the 996 GT3 I owned for many years which was like operating a leg press machine at the gym.

Good choice!! Wow a 996 GT3, what a car! 🙏
The four doors is more rigid than the two door because of the extra pillar, weight difference is 10kg.
Awesome review, I think I’m still on the dct side of the fence. If I didn’t have to daily the car I would consider a manual
Disagree about the 2 door seat belt assist, somewhat..... It works just fine, IF... its used as intended. Its very sensitive and wont tolerate any ham-fistedness. So for most people, I agree, it doesnt work well. However, for an enthusiast owned car, it works just fine even over 100k miles with no repairs. Source: I got one. Its symptomatic of many things in german cars in general, they are more sensitive to misuse, which isnt optimal for an average buyer.

To be fair I completely agree with what you’re saying. A well looked after car doesn’t have some of the common niggles. 👍
Although I love my bikes and cars are my beast of burdens, this M3 does appeal....or 335d, having your cake and eating it.

I got a 335d. They are similar enough, but at the same time, not. The 335d engine revs high for a diesel, but it still totally changes the character of the car compared to the S65. Its also auto box only. The diesel is optimal for an even, high speed. Autobahn, basically. Or doing mundane every day stuff. For being a hooligan and having fun/feeling like a race driver on b roads, s65 would be much better I think. Since I got my bikes to fulfill those needs, the 335d was an easy choice.
This was cool and all, but your motorbike reviews are waaaay more entertaining😂 Not the same intensity if I may say so.
