I cut and used zipper bag. If you have cake film, use it. If you don't, I recommend zipper bag .

I made this cake in hot weather of 32 degrees Celsius. When filming, I left it at room temperature for about 20 minutes and it melted so it was easy to eat. ^^

Heavy cream and fresh cream are the same thing. Whipping cream is also worked on, but heavy cream with high fat content is recommended.
