One thing I love about Joel…..many things but…..when he has a guest accompanying him….he leads them all the way…he is always fully aware of what’s going on, what needs done and does whatever he needs to do to get the job done…..INCREDIBLE MENTOR! I think that was a great challenge! By including a loca guy… so nice of you and fun and different from your regular challenges! You’re the nicest man… you’re like the guy every mom wants hee daughter to bring home! You’re the best!

So impressed by how Joel makes every challenge look easy. This was a three person challenge that I'm pretty sure he could have completed by himself. Jamie was a trooper but Joel didn't "need" him to win the challenge just to beat the record.
