Garlic 5 cloves.
Black peppercorns.
Bay leaf 1-2 pcs.
Coriander.
Dark beer 2-2.5 liters.
Cook for 2.5-3 hours.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
Honey 1 tbsp.
Apple cider vinegar 1 tsp.
Spread with sauce.
Bake for 20 minutes at 200-220°C.
Beetroot.
Carrot.
Onion.
Dill.
Olive oil.
Salt.
Black pepper.

    Beautiful recapes, but pls. allow me to point aut that 1 (or more) gloves of garlic is in the German language 1 (or more) Zehe(n) Knoblauch. So, it‘s „Zehen“, not „Nelken“. All the best, Franz B.

    Pruébalo en vez de entero el codillo que lo rebanen con todo y hueso en la tienda y lo puedes preparar no con cerveza sino con refresco de cola

    Ой!Рулька то грязная.Надо ее вымочить и потом ножом ее скребыхать до белого состояния.Простите,не удержалась ! Часто это готовлю.
