This app/site kinda saved my life. I only wish that when you are recording, you have the function to display yourself fully on camera, then show a slide, with yourself in the corner. If you want to show slides, you will be displayed but on a tiny window. I used the theme option to make myself appear larger than the small window camera.

Very helpful video. I film my videos with my phone and use my laptop just for editing and livestreaming. I really like filming with my phone and I already purchased my editing software and would very much like to continue with it. So do I have to record in order to use the teleprompter or can I have it working on my laptop while filming with my phone? I do have a way to have everything be properly lined up for direct eye contact.

The free version exports with a Watermark. It's worth noting that because like most of these tools there are some serious limitations with the basic / free versions.

good idea... but Ryan... please clarify this for me.... it's simply not possible to have your eyeline directly into the camera if you are reading text that is below the camera... this would work only if your camera was recording from the middle of your screen..... not from a webcam mounted on top of PC.. or laptop with webcam at top.... as a loom and dubb user.. I like the idea of veed... great looking UI etc. ... Ryan can you show us how to do this...

I had an idea to use an teleprompter app for something else. I want to record a video of a sliding text in front of an image. Like the text from a page from a book in front of a book cover image. Can this be done with this teleprompter?

Nice online teleprompter but...how to hide url address bar and browser tabs in Firefox? I ask, because my eyes on the recorded video are still not directed at the camera, despite moving the text up. This makes it look like I'm reading text.
