HI!! how long has it been since I've posted one of these? like a year? i'm so excited to be back!
today we are dancing to "Easy On Me" by Adele!

if this is your first time taking my class, here are some helpful notes:
- try to find a spacious area with flooring (not too hard or rough).
- stand facing your device and mirror my movements.
- rewind and rewatch as many times as you need, as well as make adjustments if you wish.
- don't be too hard on yourself and have fun!

I have checked out a lot of contemporary online classes on youtube but you are by far my favorite! Amazing choreography and really like your mentality about the part When you say that when you stop enjoying it, that’s when you need to make adjustments. Lots of love, you’re amazing! 🌟❤️
