For this recipe I'm using ready to use pizza base and pizza sauce, both the base and sauce recipe is avaiable on my pizza playlist. Onion pizza is a quick and no fuss recipe. This recipe we can prepare two generous portions of pizza and shared among three. Sweet caramelized onion and cheese is perfect combo.
Ingredients for Onion Pizza:
Pizza Base ready to use
Pizza Sauce
1 1/2 Cups Sliced Onions
1 Tsp Garlic Paste or Finely Chopped Garlic
Grated Pizza Cheese
2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Onion
2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Capsicum
1 Tbsp Pizza Seasoning
1 Tbsp Salted Butter
1/4 Tsp Salt + 1/4 Tsp Pepper Powder
