@frosty even if he did the creator doesn't currently own his rights it's still starcity toys sadly that's why he had to stop selling merch and the original creator and star city says they have something planned for Freddy in the future. His ip has been voided since 2003 so literally anyone could have started selling Freddy merch without permission but as soon as that ip is reinstated legal action could be a possibility and in late 2018 star city rebought the ip because of the new following
