燃面没有汤汁,全靠花生芝麻芽菜碎加少许肉沫和使劲放油,把佐料味道裹覆在每一根面条上。四川话讲:“白毛猪儿家家有,不稀罕”,哪家的燃面都这样做。80年代以前油料稀缺,舍得放重油吃面自然味道好,于是造就了燃面的品牌,现在食用油容易又便宜,所以燃面就大行其道。
燃面的关键是芽菜,我吃的话会让老板少海椒不放花椒。老板给你多放了芝麻,一般顾客他可能不会放那么多。
老百姓全是满脸的幸福感, 正能量👍
地域不一样口味也会有区别的,就像武汉的热干面我作为江浙的就杠不住。
我就住在这附近,29年夸张了,并且每次回老家也不会在这吃面
另外宜宾有一家专卖燃面店,还有块匾,味道不错,地方干净。大街小巷内有很多店卖,燃面要油多,辣味十足,芽菜和味精都是不可缺少的,怀念在宜宾的日子!

肉店那一股血腥味,再好吃的东西在那里我都吃不下。如果面好吃的话,我应该会买了带走找个地方吃。
四川古稱天府之國,果然名實相符,我第一次去大陸就是去四川,悠閒的生活步調令人羨慕,那是20幾年前的事了,我懷念那時候的四川。
