Proud owner of longitude (o) diesel since 3 years, sharing my experience Cons : 1. AC fan takes time to cool the cabin. 2. Turbo lag below 1500 RPM. Makes u upshift to even first gear while driving uphill in rugged terrains. 3. Voice command feels a little outdated in today's seltos / hector environment. AND THATS IT. Pros : 1. Drive, seriously that 173 bhp engine is a beast. Needless to say why harrier and hector both got the same engine from Fiat. 2. Suspension, sticks to the road and hardly any body roll. 3. Low maintenance, as I took 5 yrs extra warranty and mopar maintenance plan (mmp). I hardly pay anything during servicing of my Jeep. 4. Compactness, for those who want bigger wider car just for the sake of it, compass is not ur baby however those who want a compact SUV and doesn't want to compromise on power, Compass is the answer. It might look small but it is 3 bhp more than the new Ford endeavour sport model. 5. Safety features, ABS with EBD, build quality, 5 star Euro NCAP rating, the list goes on. 6. Mileage, last but not least, my Jeep gives me 11/12 kpl in cities and 17/18 in highways. Bet any SUV will beat that. Totally satisfied Jeeper.

I have a Jeep Compass but the car has not got a single issue/problem till date. I bought it 1 year ago. Really an awesome product from Jeep ❤️

Using my Jeep compass limited diesel for last 2 n half yrs, driven 34000 kms, no issues, touchwood, and absolutely loved the choice!

Driving a compass for 2 years.absolute beast mode car.power performance handling road presense offroad capabilities FSD suspension and more than 55+ safety features.the list just goes on.this diesel rocket is the best in segment.prove me wrong on comment box😁

@@drake9506 no its fine, i have the manual limited plus and since 2 yrs i have given for servicing thrice, not much cost and after-sales i food, but not as good as maruti. but car is the best

Owning the compass for an year and half was a wonderful experiance. Aside from small niggles like occasional bad plastics in the interior and some fading chrome, there has been no complaints till now. An extremely satisfied customer! Easy recommendation.

I own a Jeep Compass limited plus 4 by 4 ..black. Just completed one year of ownership..extremely satisfied ..

I own the compass. Had to change the clutch assembly at 28,000 kms costing roughly about 19-22k. Other than that the vehicle is solid built.

I have a 4x4 limited plus diesel AT black...awesome driving ❤️

I have been using a Jeep Compass diesel manual since last 2 yrs. The car feels absolutely solid built and the ride quality and drivability is absolutely good. Eventhough i have not taken the compass for hard core off-roading, am pretty sure It can cover almost any bad tarmac on Indian roads without troubling you much. These 2 yrs i havnt faced any issues with this one and its giving me an avg mileage of 13 to 14 km/ l. I recently drove a skoda karoq and it too feel solidly built and is also offering you the convenience of an automatic. The driving felt much easier n smooth than the compass. Also felt like the braking on the karoq is much better than the compass.

Karoq just 147 bhp on 250nm torque , stats dont lie

A happy jeep comas customer. Yes boot space is a bit less for 4 people luggage

I own it ...... driving dynamics , suspension, engine power delivery is excellent .....

Proud owner of the compass its amazing to drive and also strong build quality

I have driven compass of my friend 1 major issue I felt was side pillar it’s very wide and sometimes we can’t see left side and also right side

I have got the Petrol Automatic variant and after two years with 18000 kms. I can certainly say the ride quality is superior compared to the other cars in the segment. Happy overall but a tad bit disappointed with the fuel efficiency within city.

I have a limited plus model compass diesel... When it comes to driving it.. No cars can match it

any one facing ac issues? I have a limited plus my compass often take lot of time to cool down and ac speed I often have to set in maximum speed.

Its very good car. I drove AT version at 100 to 140 in 2 lane twisty highway. Amazed to see its handling and composure at the corner. The only issue I see its not go anywhere car as advertised.

I own a new JC limited plus petrol. After one and a half months driving I get 9.5 average (turned on the auto start-stop, a new feature).

how was the 4x4 on the non-trailhawk version?

I bought compass diesel automatic 4x4 March just before lockdown n I love its drive n handling n strong engine. But face some issue like ad blue low signs shows even tough percentage of ad blue is more then 60percent n ac ain’t got good cooling even less the. My old Creta n mom’s venue n driver side seat belt mount sound clinging like ( might be something loosening ) n worst thing is I live far from big city so I can visit n fix asap because of lockdown restrictions, other then that this is really good suv. Driving in Hilly n rough area with diesel automatic plus 4x4 is just so pleasant. all n all I love this small little suv !!

New models have cruise control (I don't know whether all models have, but my limited plus petrol is having the cruise control feature).

The good bits are really insignificant and the bad bits are way too significant
