There is enough for everyone's need, but not for their greed of being consumed in consumerism. It should go half price when nearing the best before date, even after that it can be good enough. Japan used T be known for Just in Time Production made famous by Toyota.

Grocery stores in Japan are known for offering half price before closing time, the problem with convenience stores is it doesn't close, the biggest problem like they said is storage, new items arrive and the only place to put old stuff is bin, japanese don't like clutter so a basket in side with marked down food won't cut it der

lesser or least amount of storing must be allowed but daily supply? packed food are a huge problem also storage food. a fruit, vegetable must be eaten within 2 hours after plucked it's healthier. grains must be eaten within a week after harvested? farmers together with sellers must experiment and see this practical for their business and how to evolve

The stores are a huge problem .In many cases the containers are far too big.I simply cannot eat all of it so I have to throw at least some away.Resturant portions are too large.

It shows Lack of manners/basic discipline buy as much as you can eat Whether you are rich or not, wasting food resources does not make any sense ! It's good that some needy human or needy animal gets food rather than dump in gutter!.. Whether it's prime minister or rich a person is, he cannot eat the money or gold when get hungry but need food,so respect food don't waste it.. In history as well as in present many people have fight /lost their lives to get peace bread ,. And this is what we have been doing with natural resources ,we need learn resources management And these restaurant owners make such huge waste that they must be punished for life imprisonment cancel food licence but gov. Who cares !?Make a rule that if anyone wastes food then he will not get entry in the restaurant , And don't invite such people to your home either.

If there is an award for good content creation in our country among the media people - you would have won the race by a wide margin. Very well done with your content and presentation. “If BBC is voice of Britain and CNN is voice of America then”, quote me where you want, but you, “should be called the voice of united India.” - Urban and Rural.

800 million people go hunger every year, then why we waste that much of food 🥘 instead of feeding them, cz system and law of the country. Every country should make a law how to manage food ,I know it’s hard but we should buy the things what we needed,

7-Eleven Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tokyo-based Seven & I Holdings Co., which is publicly traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Management of any publicly traded company is pressured to deliver increasing profits year-over-year, which can lead to pressure to increase production or add more products. This can contribute to food waste. The root cause of this problem is arguably the pressure to constantly grow profits within a capitalist system, where the stock market plays a role. In this environment, slow, steady, but sustainable growth may no longer be seen as acceptable by investors.
