The biggest point they are trying to make about Mumen Rider is that he is a true hero. He is not in it for fame and he is not worried about himself. He is a selfless hero who is willing to risk his life to help others, even if he doesn't stand a chance. Spiritually he is even a better hero then Saitama. So that means the source of Saitama's power can't be because he is a true worthy hero. Other wise, Mumen Rider should have also gotten that power. Also, it shows that Saitama is not at his limit even though he can 1 punch all monsters. He needs to build his heroic spirit to match that of Mumen Rider. You should also consider that Mumen Rider helped save hundreds of lives and Genos' life by distracting the deep sea king long enough until Saitama showed up. Compare Mumen rider to other heroes like Bofoi, who just wanted to test his weapons against the asteroid. Or the heroes that didn't bother to show up to stop the asteroid. Or Amai mask who is worried about his public image and music career. Or tank top tiger and tank top black hole trying to sabotage Saitama. Or Snek who tried to rookie crush Saitama. Or tornado that annoying cocky floating girl.

Amai mask is true hero too tho if you read the webcomic, don't let his attitude distract you. Saitama is literally Mumen rider when he first trying to became a hero, he keeps fighting and saving people even getting beat up into a mess just because of hobby. How do you even think Saitama can break his limiter then?

I'd argue Mumen and Saitama is each opposite side of the same coin. Like yeah sure, what saitama wants out of the hero thing is "lower" than what Mumen wants, Saitama wants the challenge but their foundation and belief other than that is pretty much the same just grew different due to their difference. Saitama just a few episodes ago said the classification for monsters are useless because if the hero runs away from classification higher than he/she is supposed to face then who's going to save everyone and episode 9 we actually see the concept realized with mumen not backing down against someone clearly above him strengthwise. Also, if you read the manga, pig god is the hero goat. The guy is pretty much Mumen to the core but has the strength to push through it. Just helps people, fights villains, doesn't care about anything else but his burgers.

Mumen Rider is best boy. His super power is that he can tank any amount of damage and still come back for more!

This is the start where genos's lines gets so spicy and it gets more spicy towards the next episodes.

the scene where saitama saw sonic running but mumen rider didn't is so unnoticed. but i mean, you did notice it.

Teddy: "If anyone is out there like Genos, hit me up. My DMs are open." Every Blonde guy in Chat: "Say less my Queen." 😅😅😅

Mumen rider is one of the most favorite characters within opm community. Theres also other important thing, mumen rider has one of the best sense of justice among any hero and even without having any super powers, hes always willing to put his life on the line for the people. Now for the Sonic, he has scars on his body because hes a part of the organization that kidnaps children and trains them to be these ninja-like assassins, who end up working as mercenaries.

Wait Sonic is a part of a organization? I only remember that Sonic came from the Ninja Village and graduated along with Flashy Flash, Rank 12 Class-S Hero. And then, Galewind and Hellfire want to team up with Sonic to defeat Flashy Flash.

The thing about genos is that he is a parody of every sidekick character to the hero. They get amazingly stronger but never defeat anybody of relevance to the plot. Genos is the vegeta to goku, the bakugo to midoria, the robin to batman, etc.

Yeah, that part with Mumen Rider gets me in the feels. He's such a real hero. Even against overwhelming odds, he puts himself last and protecting people first, and tries his absolute best regardless. Of all the heroes, he's the most like Saitama. He doesn't do it for popularity. He isn't there just to fight the fights he can win. He's there to be a hero and do good. Because that's what heroes do. My man Mumen Rider. A real hero.

A Hero is a true hero too, if he risks his life to safe other lives knowing he could very well die in the process. Something firefighters and policemen have to face quite often, our real heroes for daily work. For this matter, Mumen rider is much more heroic than Saitama. And he saved Genos life and maybe the life of those bystanders too by fighting and buying time.

dont worry about season 2 animation, its not at all a bad animation, it's just that when you compare it to s1 then s2 animation is inferior but its still a great animation.

Mumen rider is one of the best hero. He truly believes in justice, and has the courage to overcome his fear to fight righteous battles, which he has no chance to win. He's really brave. And he's kind on top of that. A good role model.

how much the rain stops indicates power levels in episode 9. Genos could vaporize a bit, Sea king could pause it for a brief moment, and then saitama blows the whole storm away like a chad

Two keywords, that i wrote funky to avoid that in my comment above, and the yt cen .cor. ship starts working... i found out about similar german and english words too some weeks ago that have the same effect. But there are two ways that could have happened: First, it is on a y o. ut,u be bla .ck. list, or second, its on ur channels bla c.k. list that u edited urself, thats technically an option for u too, or at least there are several channels where u can test what words are on their personal bla . ck .list and what not.

Everyone is gangsta until Deep Sea King turns up and wreaks havok of course Saitama is nowhere in sight. Season 2 has an episode that's even darker, you just never know if you're going to get a funny episode or a super dark episode with this show.

Mumen Rider is the most powerful hero. Any monster that gets hit with his "Justice Crash" attack, such as the Deep Sea King, dies shortly thereafter, presumably from injuries sustained in the Justice Crash.

Season 1 is beautifully animated. Season 2 isn't bad looking at all, it's just not special like S1 was. But it's from the same source material, so it's still a ton of fun. Story-wise, S2 is a lot more coherent and interesting.

It's a drastic change. Brace yourself. After watching season 2, reread season 2. Lots of skipped content and just, the manga is better animated than season 2.

Season 2 has bad animation sadly because that part of the manga is the best.
