I think Saitama can fly, he just thinks he can't. His power works on a similar basis like Esper powers, and they also can.

I think he can also fly due to his such amazing bodily reflex at a point where it makes him literally float or fly in 0 weight. Idk i wish it's true. For now what i can say most of his feats and abilities just works as a surprise and directly from his author. You just don't know what he's capable of performing next. It's just that random and unpredictable.

The app they’re using to watch the episodes probably can’t handle the subtitle file properly - those are most likely encoding characters that the app doesn’t know how to read so it just spits them out on screen instead.
