Coby was 16 when they met again. Before the timeskip luffy meet coby again and he was 16 at that point I believe. After the timeskip coby is 18 and promoted. Weird how time works in one piece

Chopper was 15 before time skip, he met Dr. Hiruluk when he was 7 years old or younger because he was learning with Dr Hiruluk and after he died, with Dr Kureha for around 7 years (because learning to be a doctor needs quite a long time)
