They do that alot I'm not sure if they feel parents might see the Kanji and think it's some devil language or something. It sounds silly but sadly true Yu-Gi-Oh! had small censors like that among others things because they didn't want to take the chance to offend anyone.

I was even shocked years ago when I found out most of the violence was removed from DBZ as well. 😶 Majin Buu punching some guys face with a bloody shower where the head was. Yeah. Not in graphic detail but the guy did not recover from it I bet 😂
