No, she died. In 4KIDS One Piece she died during her time in the dungeon.

Getting your spade eaten isnt as shocking as getting your rifle eaten.

At this point, looks like they changed the plot 💀

I actually thought the shovel was supposed to be there! I never saw the anime, I only saw clips and pictures and the only thing I saw from the scene where Bellemere died was a picture of her pointing a shovel at Arlong. The manga finally cleared up that misunderstanding.

@@okamijubei Arlong would let her rot in the dungeon with poor lack of food and water, and Arlong would prevent Nami from seeing her. By then, she would die from Malnutrition. Also, the creators would have to make the scene, which would be pricy, so they're sticking with what they got and fix the scenes to make it more kid friendly
