I will definitely try this recipe. I bet it’s the bomb just like the one pot stroganoff my family loved. I think these guys will want ground beef though. (: The thing about this recipe I like is that I don’t have to make a pot of spaghetti sauce! It’s got the flavor. Also, the higher quality items. Unfortunately, this is just the case most of the time because the processed junk food is cheaper to produce. I think that's why there are so many heavy people in the US (and the world), because fast food is so much cheaper and more convenient than making a healthy, home-cooked meal. Of course, then you are paying with your health, so....it's a trade-off.

I love your channel, Laura, and all of your amazingly tasty dishes. 😋 But the Guiding Stars thing...someone is paying for that extra labeling whether it's accurate or not, and that extra cost gets passed on to you and I, the consumers. It's the same with Kosher markings on products. These are in essence illegitimate "taxes" built into the cost of goods which would be far less expensive without those little symbols.
