He definitely has the unique ability to really connect emotionally with his fans.. after your next reaction I can suggest Good Goodbye (live) or One Way Ticket (ambitions live). They don’t really have any bad songs.. 🎶

If you want to cry, I’d watch “take what you want ambitions 2017 live” and “be the light mighty long fall Yokohama”. Some that are always good would be “clock strikes”, “I was king” and “Kanzen kankaku dreamer”. There’s also of “kimishidai ressha” which is a great song but you might want to check out the one with subs since it is mostly Japanese. Thanks for the reaction!

Their stage is always the best 😊 The concert held in Nagisaen was mobilized in about 110,000 people in two days. You can see how it goes with the Nagisaen version of "Taking off".

A lot has recommended songs already so I'm just gonna briefly introduce the members. Taka - the insane vocalist, his parents are also famous classic musicians, he's been in a boy band during his early teens but it didn't take long, he ran away from home then Toru stalked him to be the vocalist of their band. His younger brother is also in a band. Music runs in their family. Toru - the leader and hot guitarist, He started the band with his friend Ryota, stalked Taka and made Tomoya joined his band. He and Taka composed most of their songs. Ryota - the epic bassist, Toru's childhood friend. Formerly a hiphop dancer and began to have interest in music due to Toru, he also pick up bass bcoz of Toru. He is married to Avril Lavigne's sister. Tomoya - the happiest drummer. He's the last to join the band, he first started just because but grew to love the band. He is a powerful drummer who you'll always find smiling while playing. He is the oldest member, has 3 cute lil' boys. Also, One Ok Rock has a Netflix documentary called "Flip a Coin" you can watch it on your own time to get to know them better. It's a really good film! ☺️

I'm trying to recommend songs they might perform (but who knows lol)... along with what you might like. Recommendations: Eye of the Storm, Change, Grow Old Die Young, Head High, Be the Light. All/most of these are slower and newer songs. A lot of people think since their sound's changed a bit, that they might perform the newer ones but idk. Anyway, can't wait to see them regardless!

Anything is great, they deliver every performance. Seeing them live is an amazing experience, you will love it. Taka's vocals are god tier and his stage presence is out of this world. All of them are incredibly talented and their dynamic with each other is wonderful. 💜💜💜

I don't remember if the first song I listened from them back then (2013) was the beginning or clock strikes, but those too bring back so many memories! Love them. Pierce is a good song I'd like to recommend!

I used to listen to rock bands a lot because I like the hype I got whenever I listened to the songs but with OOR I feel a lot of emotions at once. I don't know how to explain it but everytime I listen to their songs I feel the hype and also feel calm somehow like you really feel something. Even whenever I watched taka's live and just listened to him give me some comforts. I guess it's because I really really like his voice but I think it's also because of the way he delivers the songs I mean you can see the emotions in his face and his gestures on stages. That's why I like watching their lives more and not gonna lie his stage presence is awesome. Also sorry for my broken english. English is not my first language ☺🙏

Clock Strikes live from their 35xxxv tour and Mighty Long Fall at Yokohama Stadium! 🙏🙏🙏 edit: OMG I SAW AMBITIONS ALBUM AT THE BACK I'm so glad to see a reactor actually get into them and buy their stuffs, thank you! 😭💖💖💖 also, as far as I noticed, i think they started going pop rock since the Ambition album? some said it started since the 35xxxv but there's still heavy stuffs there compared to ambition. ANYWAYS I don't really care it's also actually good to see them doing other genre, it just proves how good and flexible they are as musicians, all their songs are FIRE and I love the band and whatever they make means a lot to me 🤟💖

So happy you're reacting to them more, & the songs you listed are a really good place to start, & Clock Strikes is my favorite song from them & brings back so many good memories every time I hear it..... As for live performances of songs you know from them, I don't know what version of We Are you watched, but you need to see the 18 fes version, it's 1 of the most beautiful live performances I've ever seen from any genre...... The most random fact about OOR that I thought you would get a kick out of is that the bassist, Ryota, is actually married to Avril Lavigne's sister, even though neither of them are fluent in each other's language, they met when Avril was in Japan 4 her Hello Kitty video & had brought her sister/bff w/her, & she interviewed the band 4 a show & her sister met the band there too, the coolest part is that that interview is still on here so you can actually see the day they met...btw Avril has featured on 1 of their songs too, or is it 2, I can't remember.... OOR has also done collabs w/some of their labelmates, the most well-known being the 1 w/ 5SoS

This is exactly why that I flew all the way to Japan for their shows. The live performances is simply WAY BEYOND the expectations, EVERY TIME I see their shows l felt like I've only spent few money but get WAY MORE PERFECT PERFORMANCES, it's just SO WORTH IT to see them live. It's almost addictive, if not for coronavirus I would have flew to Japan for ROKIN IN JAPAN Festival a few days ago.

So you're going to the one ok rock show! I'm so jealous! Have fun ❣️❣️ Here's the setlist from the Japan fes we did on August 12! It was mainly new songs because of the short time! 1:We are 2: The beginning 3: Wonder 4: Save yourself 5: Wherever you are(acoustic.1 call ver.) 6: Renegades 7: Stand Out Fit in 8: Wasted Nights 3: Wonder "Official Video from "Field of Wonder at Stadium" live online during Corona 6: Renegades "OFFICIAL VIDEO" only music video 7: Stand Out Fit in "OFFICIAL VIDEO" The lyrics are very deep, so I recommend the music video. Other popular songs at the live are ※Deeper Deeper "Mighty Long Fall at Yokohama Stadium" ※完全感覚Dreamer "Mighty Long Fall at Yokohama Stadium" You'll get excited if you watch these songs! From Japan with love❣️
