It was a very breezy day at Warnham Nature Reserve when I visited on Friday. There were quite a few herons in the distance across the millpond which I sat watching from the Heron Hide as there were very few other birds about on the water. This one flew up into a tree to dry off its feathers when it had finished wading about.
