It wilts like cotton candy. It’s missing some peppers though. Banana peppers on samdwniches is the de facto condiment. Adds a little kick and the vine Greta taste without too much.

The argula is needed to blend the flavours together. Too much meat and cheese will over ride. Not to mention the roasted peppers is strong flavour too.

As an Italian, I can confirm, this is how we make sandwiches. Only thing I would change is giardiniera and melanzane under oil instead of the pickled red onion.

I hate how all the best food in toronto is downtown. I'm gonna commute for an hour from the suburbs for a sandwich or a slice of pizza and then go welp, time to head back now 😂

It’s missing a balsamic glaze drizzle. Ditch the roasted red peppers and add pickled hot peppers.

😂really good but try to change mozzarella with provola affumicata and salame piccante with Tuscany salame
