Nothing wrong with keeping a special place in your heart about your country and wanting to protect it, but to Keep all the Muslims who want to migrate for their religion away from Malaysia like all the Arab countries certainly is bad. If Malaysia can offer Muslim brothers and sisters a place to raise their families in an Islamic environment then lets do our duty as Muslims by welcoming them and let them live in peace beside us like our deen commands us too. The same should go for a non Muslim of a good character who brings specialised skills to Malaysia to live in peace and harmony and contribute to the Malaysian society and economy.
@spidyman8853

@@m.afg124 No need to generalise. "all the Arab countries". You are wrong. Egypt will give Muslims a nice welcome. Iraq will welcome Muslims. Morocco will do the same. Yemen will also welcome Muslims, only, it's poverty stricken and going through civil war for years. So the moral of the story is do not tarnish all Arabs with the same brush.
@m.afg124

@@spidyman8853 You are right about me generalising, but I was mentioning Arab countries in the Arabian peninsula not Arab speaking countries in Africa some of which you have mentioned. But even if we go with your list, how many Muslim refugees have the countries you have mentioned taken from Afghanistan, Palestine, Syria etc etc?. How many of them have open door policies for Muslims? How many will allow Muslims to live in their country permanently and afford them the same rights as their own citizens without prejudice? How many of them will allow those in war torn Islamic countries to immigrate to their country and offer them job opportunities, education opportunities, housing and after some time, offer them to become citizens and passport holders of their new country like in the Western countries? None is the answer you are looking for.

Putrajaya is one of three state of Federal Territory. 1. Kuala Lumpur ( capital city ) State for business 2. Labuan ( in Sabah borneo) State for financial hub 3. Putrajaya State for administration of government offices The one with green dome beside pink mosque is Prime ministre office.
Too bad many tourist skip putrajaya and only go to KLCC even though Putrajaya already in the middle between KL to KLIA airport terminal. Not just architacture that great, but Putrajaya has more a lot of parks, among the famous one are Taman Saujana Hijau, Taman Botani, Putrajaya Botanical Garden, Putrajaya wetland, Putra Perdana park, agriculture heritage park and many more. And it all well maintain

Assalamualikum I'm from malabar🇮🇳 are you from malysia
you were right about the wind flow thru the mosque....it takes a page from the Malay home and structure architecture....that is to promote air flow thru the structure to cool it down naturally. Our kampung houses are structured in a way that it stays cool even in the worst heat without fans or ac. That principle has been adopted throughout the mosque across the country esp the bigger mosque. Water features around the mosque add to its cooling process...high ceilings are not just asthetics...the lattice woodwork that act as doors and partitions also promote air flow....so yes...tropical architecture is on display at our bigger mosque ....❤

we in malaysia are very grateful for our small but abundant homeland....so much so that we know there is much to be done to improve across the board. What most visitors see is the outcome of that consistent work to arrive at and keep growing at a reasonable and sustainable pace. Quality of live is important....respect fro religion is important ...racial harmony is everything but still contentious. People who migrate here will eventually see the cracks behind the seeming utopia but its still manageble. Thank u for loving our land as much as we do....we are not prefect ...far from it...pls dont judge us when you see the cracks later.
Yes sunset in Malaysia is phenomenal, and the sunrise is awesome. You can get both depending on your view. People in general are too busy to notice. Do find time to watch the rain storm and watch out for the multiple numbers of rainbows at the same time.

8:48 Saira seems to not know this little fact that long before she found Malaysia, the Japanese are already enamoured with us to choose us as their number 1 country to immigrate for 14 years in a row, now. The claim doesn't even come from us lol, it started on their side of documentary tv show for those who wishes to immigrate from Japan. You can easily find out about this claim simply by typing "Malaysia" in Japanese character, either in Twitter or KZread, and one video will lead you to another. Even before those 14 years, Malaysia has long enjoyed a peaceful relationship with Japan thanks to our former PM's policy. We are the first country Aeon expanded to outside of Japan. We also hold annual Bon Odori festival for more than 5 decades already, with the highest attendance outside of Japan (50k). Malaysia also hosts one of their biggest superstar, Gackt, for more than a decade already, and he's so fond of Malaysia his fanbase has a saying "it's Gackt's annual-promotion-of-Malaysia time already" since Malaysia is where he gets to live his life to the fullest without the craziness Japan brings all without compromising on the quality of life (especially on Japanese food).

@amin-dl2dn do not be a hypocrite. All Muslims (in some situations) are still running to Europe! Only a few are coming here (on youtube). Ask why are they citizens or migrants in Canada, Europe, UK? Because non muslims are kind to accept and take them (including refugees from Africa, syria). Open your eyes and minds and tell the truth. Whether they later will still enjoy this country in years to come is another story. But cost is also rising here. The ringgit is sliding. Locals are also suffering due to rising cost. Of course we can welcome mm2h applicants but how many will stay long, we cannot predict.

Corruptions also rampant in Malaysia too but good people in Malaysia just dont let that get away without justice being called for. When our government and ministers fail and kind of useless to this nation, we, everyday citizen take the matter in our own hand. We start with taking care our family, our villages. So if you are Pakistani living abroad and live well, dont forget to send money back to your people. Filipinos and indonesians work abroad but never forget to send money back to help their family and villages eventhough their politicians mostly corrupt too..Now, slowly and surely, their country get better.

Wet/dry kitchens are quite normal in Malaysia though it's a bit rare to see it in modern homes. The idea is you need a kitchen to prepare fish and meats but in parallel you can have someone else (kids? maid?) help prep the veggies in the dry kitchen. In modern landed houses you can sometimes find people extend their homes by building over the back yard to get the two kitchens. Of course this is usually not possible in apartments.
Next, you should take a tour in Malaccan mosques! They are quite different in architecture as it has more Chinese temple influences. Masjid Kampung Hulu as one of the oldest mosques in Malaysia, Masjid Kampung Kling as well.
Spectacular Sunrise view but I reckon Saira should also do a vlog featuring lightning/thunderstorms for those who are so inclined - Kuala Lumpur has some of the craziest and most jaw-dropping lightning displays of any capital city I've ever been to! ⚡😳 Visited the famous Putrajaya mosque before, and was enveloped by a sense of serenity - very beautiful especially in the changing colours of dusk. as a foreigner myself living in 🇲🇾 since 2018, i find it distasteful when new foreigners brag about their superior currency against ringgit. This behavior is a direct insult to the locals earning their keeps to feed their families. If the reverse was true, how would u feel if the 🇬🇧 £ is so weak in exchange rate? Imagine if foreigners brag about their strong currency and publicly post how cheap the £ is. Your superior arrogant behavior is unbecoming of a muslimah.
