I like the Kephart knife design direction. From what I understand the design direction was for a knife that could fit the outdoors man needs. It can be used on fish and game prep, it can be used for some wood working, and it can be used in food prep. In short it is a Survival knife as it can do a bit of everything, minus combat. I am a fan of the handle design because it has just everything you need.

I think Kephart design is really great, and versitale. Have used this knife a lot. Even this autumn as a mushroom knife. The handle is supreme. Simple, comfortable and functional. Thanx for watching!🌲🔪🌲

I like it, have been using this quite a bit lately. Good steel, good materials. And I just adore the Kephart handle ergonomics! One of my favorites.

I like this quite alot. Iˋve noticed that I seem lately to grab it very often over many other knives. Something to do with the handle. Extremely comfortable for me. Simple design but I love it.

Haha😂 yeah Im more of a Tea drinker. Just suits me somehow better, and like the taste more. Strong loose leaf English Breakfeast tea here in the video! My go to morning drink. I guess I must have an English side in me also:)
