I’m led to understand that Main is becoming one of the most desirable States to reside in. On a recent survey it was top in the country for happiness and stress free lining. I’m sure certain areas are better than others but most people are looking for the perfect place to live. Despite prices falling throughout the country with all the space Main has to offer it sounds good to me 😊💫

Not a lot of snow being right on the water. Winter is December to April for the money part.
Is there an estimate from the owners with regard to the cost of completing the hydro?

Wonderful property, but prices much to high now.
I’m shortly moving back to America after far too long in the United Kingdom. I’m looking for something different especially using logs as the main building materials. I have been looking in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Kentucky and have some Amish builders lined up if needed. I’m very interested in this property and as delightful as the plans are I’d need to make a few changes for this to be absolutely perfect. I’ll be calling you soon. My only reservation is the weather during the winter months. We are two people who have a large family in Sweden and friends from around the world. This is a real contender for us. Have we got a finished price or should I call my builders? Obviously we can discuss this further when I call you. How much longer before completion? Does any equipment come with the property for maintenance of the land etc? I usually fly into Logan airport in Boston but what is the closest international airport? I’d be tempted to rent an RV for viewing so if you know anyone locally I’d appreciate that information. Speak with you real soon and thank you for the delightful tour. Finally I do not need a mortgage however if I were to build a few air b&bs or RV sites it would be a consideration. Best wishes to you.

@@leoantonio To be totally honest I have not yet called. I just completed a year of chemotherapy treatment and I’m putting my home on the market. It’s in the south of England within walking distance from the beach. Built in 1870s it’s quite unique to the area. I’m filled to the brim with antiques and have to either put them in storage or sell the lot. Houses in my area usually sell within a week or two so, I need to be ready. I have watched this video over and over again and I’m very keen to call. I’m in a better position to do this now. I’m also watching the housing market drop considerably and whilst I’m sympathetic to everyone who is selling at this difficult time I’m sure it’s going to drop a lot more than most people appreciate. It’s early days but I’m still very interested and I’m going to make arrangements to visit the property asap. I have a question about the hydro electric facility being built: Any idea how much energy this is capable of providing? Could it run more than one property? Has anyone tested the well water for its quality and is it known how much well water exists? Finally I need to ask about the gravel pit and how much gravel might be available? I will call you as I have other questions about the property but I thought I’d ask these questions as I’m sure I’m not the only person who is interested in this information. I’m going to arrange a suitable time to fly over from the United Kingdom to view this property and land with a view to buying. I think what we are expecting by way of the housing market will definitely influence the number of people who might be interested. It’s unfinished and I can only imagine how much it will take to complete the construction to suit us as it will be a lifetime investment. Do you have builders who are ready willing and able for a top notch finish or, do we bring our own builders? Do you have any idea how much housing is deprecating in Main? I’m interested to know how the owners built their property in a thousand acres or more. Did they stick with their similar ideas or did they do something completely different? Tbh, Chili is doing an even better job selling that joint than you.
.. needs to be asseted by a qualified engineer, not seeing sufficient water flow for hydro vs the cost of equipment . Most of the support structures need to be torn down & rebuilt, poor quality. .. just be prepared to spend Big Bucks to make this a dream place off grid. This is not a "Do it Yourself project" . It started out like this but it's been decades with little progress
