Most people overthink Monaco. Citizens can’t go to the casino to gamble, the amount of construction is ridiculous, but, there aren’t any taxes whatsoever.

I've seen so many videos of people walking through the casino dressed like they just came off a cruise ship. This is how you should dress if you're going to this casino. Dress like you belong there. This is the same problem in Vegas. You've got Vegas properties that are dripping money and people wondering through like they just left Disneyland. Take it up a notch or two. Man, I miss the old days when people used to dress. For special occasions.
