In the beginning of the year I was sooo depressed out of shape no motivation no drive nothing absolutely nothing I had no purpose I didn’t wanna be here someone called me a fatass and something clicked in my head I went and looked at myself in the mirror and decided that I was going to do something with my life I started going to sleep and waking up at a certain time working out taking cold showers reading book once I started to take charge and change my life everything changed things started opening up I got a job and there was a military recruiting office and started talking to them I’m now today sitting at 190 I was 230lb running 5-10 miles everyday and my whole life has changed I’m soooo happy I didn’t think it was possible to be this happy but don’t confuse that happiness with comfort it’s so uncomfortable but I’ve never been so fulfilled and now I’m going to the army next month

Getting the discipline to always perform and have the discipline is the hardest thing personally. Minutes after watching these vids im so motivated but hours and days later it just fades. But then i tell myself that there is just one life. How do i get that consistency?

start off with little steps then build up to be more consistent. like going to the gym once a week for 3 months straight then after that 2 times a week for 3 months straight etc. soon enough that thing your working towards will just be part of your routine or part of your mentality. for me i at least go all out in the gym 3 to 4 times a week i don't need motivation I just do it because its just part of my routine
