People are always jealous of those who are disciplined and act in ways they could never imagine. Bad times come and go and the opportunity to pull yourself out of bad situations into the light you want to live in also do. keep working through it man, my best wishes are with you. when I started my job after I left university, Ive prayed to God to please teach me and help me grow even if it makes the work hard on me. Now whenever its really hard on me and Im at a diffecult point, almost about to quit it all, I remember this and remind myself that God is giving me precisely what Ive asked for. Ive learned and grew more in the past year and a half then I could ever imagine. Most than lots of people I know my age. the hardship along the way is there to mold you into the person capable of achieving the great things you are made to do. Like a muscle has to be put through training and pain to be strong and lift heavy weights, the mind and soul also have to go through hardship, stress and pain to be capable of achieving great things

I struggle, rn i don't feel right i feel like everything is getting worse, not enough money, no friends, not graduated, live in a really really poor country, i make my surrounding struggle aswell with my inner problems bc i open up too much to them. Now tell me if i'm wrong, i now think that i need to work alone, i need to work on myself, maybe i need to fight by myself because i need to learn by myself, i want to go throught this shit and i want to be proud of myself, maybe one day, but i promise, the day i will feel and think "damn i did it, i won against myself" i promise i will check this video again and i will cry because for now i should fight, good luck everybody, wish me luck aswell

Man i fcking hate my job all i want to do is be in the gym go train and be a pro fighter. It leaves me depressed and i always regress, either i go back to drinking or stuffing my face. I dont believe in myself and even when i do my accountability doesn't help me i work 60 hours a week 1 week then the next week 36 hours. Everytime on those weeks sometimes i just lie on my bed drinking thinking i aint shit. On my days off i can actually sleep 8 hours wake up and enjoy going to the gym but when i have to work a 12 hour shift the next day my body will only let me sleep for 4 hours and i have doubt in my head...

I want you Everyday after reading my comment ..I want you to make one small right decision everyday. Pill with the seat up close the lid when done. Make your bed, Choose a better meal. Sit outside for 15 min get sun anything... Small decisions add up. 1% better daily. Stop being fueled by anger its self abuse. You're stopping yourself because of thoughts in your mind where do they come from? ....they just show up.....only way to stop is small good decisions daily just 1 or 2 ....more will add up.
