@@SimplyShrimps Well I have a video of a timelapse of snails going for an algae wafer. I think it would look interesting if they were in a maze and you can see them going in a line like people do queuing up for the tills in a big supermarket.

While watching this video I got to thinking about the old EcoSpheres that were at the mall when I was a teen. They were this enclosed orb ecosystem with a few tiny shrimp in them. The idea of them being self sustaining seemed pretty cool. Talked to a sells rep and they explained it and it seemed pretty cool. But I was scared that somehow they would die, so never got one. Just curious what are your thoughts on EchoSperes? I'm new to fish keeping (So far I just have one Betta fish). So I''m thinking about seeing if they still sell these ecosystems. I'm allergic to shrimp, but love watching them. I'm not sure if someone with a shrimp allergy can keep shrimp.
