Thank you. So true. My hubby and self are of the many folks who will never have ‘our own’ land let alone acreage. That is s dream we have given up on and decided to accept what space we do have and make that work for us. That’s quite a journey. We are now finding joy in the space we DO have. We’ve only been in this home for 3yrs but from bare almost dead patch, we have been able to use forest garden principles in one area, no-dig in the annual garden, and poly-cultures in the rest for both nature and us...in a suburban garden. Thanks to all the folks like yourself who share and teach us. Thanks again.

It's amazing what you can do in a relatively small space - we grow three grape vines & an apricot tree along the south facing wall of our cottage.

Learn Permaculture I think the trick is making more space. I think vertical and as you say, co-operation...connections, companionships and relationships. Oh, and multipurpose everything!😊

Thank you for this educational video. Do you recommend any books on how to reforest land? I’m looking to reforest 2h of terrain that is currently used for olive trees and crops. Thank you so much!

Hi Izabel, it really depends on where you are and what you want to achieve with the reforestation. Are you looking to re-wild the site, create a food forest, or a timber plantation? If you have olives I'm guessing you are in a mediterranean-like climate. What other crops are currently being grown? Is it flat valley bottom land or hilly?
