Looking at rise of gru, guy was trained by a villain that was still active well in to his twilight years. Gru is likely in his late 20s early 30s , so he still got alot of fight left in him.

This channel unironically got me back into the gym. I am jacked again and I pray at the alter of this hilarious art with gratitude and GAINS.
