Wrong food habits especially during Pregnancy is something we fall trap to. In the name of weight gain & the baby cravings we just gobble up so many wrong things and gain unnecessary weight. All which I am sure is not reaching the baby!

    All will still be okay. You and the baby will do just fine. Good to learn from mistake but you probably did help the baby who used the nutrition you DID eat with all the other things you ate. Not to fret.
