Dear Chloe and Ryan HANG IN THERE GUYS. Ryan you are going to be out of action for quite some time, DON'T PUSH IT! Chloe think in terms of being a single boater. This will be a good experience for you. Fantastic news about Ratae and I am so happy you have a quality welder worker on her. Give Ratae a supportive hug, tell her you love her and DO have a wonderful week. Mark Alberta, Canada

Hoping Ryan's knee is fixed quickly/soon. I've found crutches were good for weight bearing and maneuvering - I whizzed along.

Hopefully Ryan gets the surgery very soon…I had that op and it heals in no time…my knee is better than ever afterwards and still is now 4 years on…..qua welding I’m a qualified welder and like what I see….I hope he had help with lifting and lining up those heavy plates..

The NHS were "amazing" - they couldn't fix Ryan's knee but were still Amazing. 🤣😆😆😆

Oh no bless you, please take care and definitely keep that weight off that poor knee so that it can recover, i know it’s super painful and frustrating but please take care, i hope they can get him for his operation quickly. Top tip is bum shuffling up and down stairs and using the motorised mobility scooters in the big shops to save his energy. Desk duties for the next couple of months ….or seated DIY projects 😉🤗🤗

Wishing Ryan a speedy recovery and hopefully it’s not too stressful for you Chloe ?. Just remember that more injuries and accidents are now happening with people’s ' so called fitness ' regime, than in any other scenario !!!!. Not so much keeping fit is it ???. Ryan… I’m in my 50’s and consider myself quite fit and active, you need to get into the mindset of remembering that at the moment you have no problem in the gym doing 2-3 hours of training….. but you need to remember that as you get older, that time is going to need to increase to get the same amount of results you are getting now,the problem happens when people find they don’t have 4/5 hours a day or they don’t have the energy/stamina etc and then those tight muscles end up relaxing and people become flabby. You need to think long term, when you are in your 50’s and 60’s and the type of exercise you will be able to do then. Walking is extremely underrated as is swimming but it is a type of exercise that you will be able to carry on into your Elder Years 🤷‍♂️. Keeping ' Trim ' is important but it should be pleasurable as well, there are thousands of older people ( 35+ ) who now regret their Fitness choices from when they were in their 20’s and there are lots of overweight/flabby people who are in their mid 50’s who once were in their eyes ' muscle men ' but can no longer do serious lifting or serious exercise. Jogging is ok but when people power walk they can cover more distance, exercise more muscles and not over do it like a Jogger would….. you would be surprised with the statistics regarding those who Jog and end up having Cardiovascular problems, compared with those who power walk and have a healthier cardiovascular system 🤷‍♂️

If my brother who is in his 50's can get on and off the boat with one leg I'm sure Ryan will have no problem.

Too much wrong with this boat. All this overplating increases the weight of the boat enormously. Risk of fire because of the insulation. I’ve said it before, get rid of this boat and buy a better one.
