That was absolutely fascinating. A tour of the past in the museum. I collect swords and edged weapons, plus the odd antique firearm, so I had to watch again and keep pausing. Also great to see all the other old artefacts and even the clothes. Loved the beer and food as well. A wonderful video beginning to end.

Thank you for taking me somewhere that I should never be able to go. Pretty interesting artifacts. Doubt I could ever sit through that long an opera, but hope you enjoyed it. Take Care.
What an amazingly well-versed tour guide you made for things I will never get to see in person. Loving history, museums, and culture is something we share. Thank you for commentary and sharing with us your wonderful trip. Hug you wife from all of us.😊

What a phenomenal museum tour that was! Your off-the-cuff sense of humor is somehow perfectly timed,I laughed often! Bruegel,he was the best,I agree,he painted windows for us to look through. I respect, but do not envy, your plans to endure 16 hours of Wagner. Wow. Also, please consider showcasing your wife’s artwork,I would love to see it! Perhaps you have already, and I might have missed that particular video.

Nice trip and thanks for sharing your once in a lifetime with us. Good to see some of those bits and bobs you dig up being worn and used as they were intended. Enjoy the Operas, I love The Ring.

Twain's description of how the knight felt as ants crawled into his armor--- he had just sat down under a tree to rest! (Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court). Or of the knight in the bright hot day's sunshine and being unable to reach for his handkerchief .... always makes me wonder about the small details of what stamina it took to put on armor...😙🤺

Battles were won and lose on the fatigue of fighting. You had about 45 minutes of fitness in armor apparently, like a boxer in the ring.

Lovely to see you and Zoia on holidays. Thank you for that tour. Museums are my favourite places to visit, so loved that little glimpse into that one. As for the alcohol tasting, then taking of water... meh. Not my thing. 😊 And yet I live in one of the best wine, beer, and spirit brewing regions of the world... or so I'm told. 😁 Greetings from the Adelaide Hills. ❤️
