Nice onboard video👏I was there because i think it was at the Historic Grand Prix in Zandvoort this summer and made also a KZread video and you see also this car! It was a great day with also 80's 90's and 2010 F1 cars . All these cars sounds a lot better than the current F1 cars

That has got to be one of the coolest racing moments ever captured on camera! Between the action, the perspective/angle sounds, quality of the footage, that was just so awesome!!! Zooming into frame locking that front right, working the wheel while racing hard after that visceral run down the front straight in such cool cars. Fantastic stuff.

Grand Prix, envious? It's a single camera statically mounted to one car, FFS. You need rewatch Grand Prix, especially for the banking sequences.

Incredible the speed that these cars developed in their time with such a finite wheel. My respects to all those pilots who risked their lives in these "metal coffins". PS: My respects and great memories for the ace of aces: Juan Manuel Fangio.

The widow maker. How many Ferrari drivers have been killed in this car. Two alone in 1958. It's almost as if Dino himself cursed the car. The V-6 was a technical marvel though. The book "Go Like Hell" devotes almost an entire chapter to Enzo's ordeal in Dino Ferrari's last days and Dino's colaboration with Vittorio Jano on the V-6 engine that is accredited to him. It's sad he died so young. He would've been a brilliant heir to the Prancing Horse.

Fascinating stuff for a petrol head! The mid engine cars' drivers seat lower as expected, I think this makes a clear difference with regards to handling. The Ferrari was already a dinosaur.

i mean we did have 4k video in the 50s but the camera would have propably been to bulky. in the movie grand prix from the 60s they did it though.
