On Track at Silverstone, or How to be Faster in a MINI than a Nissan GTR

I was recently invited to take part in a track day at the Silverstone GP circuit by Graeme from Track67, a new track day company. We had two cars and one instructor to play with. Despite pouring rain, I had an enormous amount of fun and learned a huge amount from the instructor Scott.

That's why I'm not a fan of test days. Racers don't have much consideration for anyone else on track. But Silverstone is a great track. I recommend you give it another go.

James Martin cheapest is on 17th December £275. I'm most likely booking then.

Silverstone is 20minutes away, so I doesn't cost me for travel or accommodation. Where as if I go to a track further afield I end up paying for a hotel the night before.

A Francis I recently got back from a track day at Spa at the Easter weekend ! Cost a fortune lol traveling from London ! Also went to the ring for the day too
