@@eclipsxdbecause for a manager with little experience to give us 3rd and 2nd place finishes, alongside a European final and numerous semi-finals is a huge achievement for him. He didn’t get everything right, but keep in mind that he lost two semi-finals against a relentless Manchester City team with an infinite amount of wealth. That’s difficult enough for anyone to deal with, so Ole deserves far more credit. Also, he gave us some great days with wins over City, Liverpool, Chelsea etc… I really do think that he was almost a victim of the media and his own inexperience.

Great Comeback, shame that Blackburn aren't in the PL these days!

First we need to sign one of Bissouma,Neves,Rice,Brozovic. Otherwise the midfield would be unbalanced(Pogba,Fernandes,VDB,Fred/McTominay).

Cant compare donny to ogs. If ogs played now he woyld be considered a world class player. World class players now would be considered as decent back then. That was when we saw truly world class players.

@@bardurh8401 Neves is CDM and more specifically a regista. We need a player that can play long pass and help us build up from the back which is what a regista does. You have to understand that we need more of a passer than a pure CDM because we already have 2 tackler Scotty and Fred but none of them can pass which is the problem

@@bardurh8401 That’s the thing, he’s both. He just dropped a MOTM performance against Spurs with a match highest 6 tackles, and he also recovered the ball with an interception. He had the 6th most tackles in the entire prem last season.

The most important thing for manchester united is signing a new striker.Before Bruno and Cavani arrived, we have to rely on penalties to score goals.When Cavani can't play full time,the team is struggling to score. This is one of the reasons we need a striker like Harry Kane who can play from midfield to the back and score from anywhere. If we cannot sign any qualified striker, lack of adequate attacker will be the main problem of the team in this coming season.
