I love hearing shoe reviews from experts who really understand feet. It's amazing how a shoe that initially seems like a bad choice can become a great option with the right performance insole. That's what sets this channel apart from others that offer only a performance review (w/ some product stats) or simply cut the shoe apart, but can't actually explain how the technology affects your foot, which makes all the difference.

Thanks I’m glad the reviews are helping you- there’s a lot that goes into them and a lot of deliberation internally about what to discuss about a shoe vs what’s just nonsense or window dressing - happy to see it resonate

I’m afraid it’s not all good news… I got plantar fasciitis from the micro toe box in the nike based on Zack’s recommendation. I wish he mentioned more about how narrow shoes can do that to your foot 😅

The wait is over! Haha appreciate your honest review Zach, as always. I wish I knew they run a little big, I'm slipping around in my usual size 9. I do have a Powerstep orthotic I will try with next time. Do you recommend doing double socks? The midsole support doesn't feel as substantial as the Wave Enforce Tour. Now looking forward to the Roger Pro 2 review. Thanks!

I have been using these shoes for last couple of weeks and your review nailed it. I need the room in the toe box and these are great. Nike and Head are not good for me. I also wear the power step and these shoes are by far the best. My Diadora gives me the room in the toe but the power steps move around. I get none of this in this shoe. Yes - paid $$ but my feet are worth it! Thanks for the review!

Saw that you got the US11 size, but it's UK10.5 based on the markings - similar to how Adidas does their sizing. Nike's UK10 = US11. Nowadays, I just order following my UK sizing and not US - which has been more consistent for me in terms of fit - regardless of shoe brand, if I can't fit them in-store.

Hey Zack, I got these shoes with high hopes and I liked the comfort out of them in the beginning but after a while, I started to develop some knee pain. Which I've never had before. Close to the same time I bought these shoes, I started adding creatine into my diet which was helping me move faster and more explosively on the tennis court. Unfortunately I can't say for sure if the knee pain is from one or the other but in your opinion, do you think it's possible these shoes were causing me knee pain? I switched back to a different pair and feel like the knee pain has subsided a bit, so my guess is, it's the shoe. For full transparency, I am using the tread labs carbon fiber insoles and I've been using them for over a year now with no knee pain. I got them for my plantar fasciitis I dealt with last year. Love to hear your thoughts. Thanks! @@FootDoctorZach

I randomly wore my on running cloud monsters to play tennis the other day and I have no problems! I was totally surprised at how I didn’t find my ankles to slip around as much as I thought I would in the shoe. I also was surprised at how much stability I had in spite of the soft souls and Difference in the shoe make up than a normal tennis sneaker. I think they’re gonna be my new shoe.

I have some of The Roger shoes….. solely because of the way the look - I wear them out for casual / comfort…. Which I think many people get these simply because of the look and obviously because of the name…. But hoax probably isn’t the word - Marketing is the word. 99% of apparel brands aren’t actually changing the game or providing unique quality…. They just market like crazy and it sticks

Can we call "vegan leather" by what it really is, aka plastic? Wait, a 13mm heel to toe drop? That's even worse than a pair of NB 990's which are already bad enough with a 12mm drop

I have big problems finding shoes as my left feet is 6US and my right is 7US. Also I have height and arch correction orthotic soles. The shoes that fits me are NB but they felt a little too big at 7US. I also used to wear Nike Basketball. Every clean job shoe is horrible especially Ecco that has big arches. Sadly a orthotics store made me bought a 279$ oair I wear 6 times and will never wear ever.... Because all sellers are liars. I also have kareem abdull jabar adiddas shies and i use to like them but after a month it hurts my toes and I gave up. I tried to sell them but no one wants a size 7.... Also Asics Gel Pulse 7 is not goid for orthotics as I destroyed them while running a week. I got multiples blisters on feet etc. And the shoe was too narrow so orthotics was not in correct position so my feet twisted causing injuries.... So i spend 700$ on shoes that were badly recommended by so called experts of orthotics..... Liars My only shoe that fitted was 990 NB but they are too long. So I am lost at which shoes will fit me.....
