Steve Hartman is the Fred Rogers of journalism.
Was having a really really bad day until I went down a Steve Hartman rabbit hole. Thank you for all of these on the road special stories.

Forgiveness isn't a Christian thing. It's a human thing. I'm Jewish and Christian teachings are based on our teachings. Jesus was a brown skinned FORMER Jew as was John the Baptist who baptized him. Re-direction is key to making sure that one never goes back to jail. Incarceration not re-direction is the key missing from our current criminal system.
Man, that judge has something in his soul we all could use a little of.
Steve Hartman is a voice we need desperately.
Thank you Steve Hartman, for your collection of humanity’s best. The world needs more like you.

Man, the story about that kid in the band makes peeling onions a walk in the park.

Not a single story here about a kid in a band... Are you slow?

@@tipsysmichigander6483 Damm, are you an idiot for making such a terrible comment? Watch the documentary again and you will see the "kid in the band", it was his father that robbed the old lady at the graveyard. 😠

@@tipsysmichigander6483there was too, and way to miss the point of Steve's stories... Kindness. The young man apologized and gave $250 his father may have stolen to the older woman. She in turn gave it back for his band trip.
This lady and this young man gave me tears....she is a dear heart. You are not your blood. You are your own values. What a gift this boy is. May you have a great life young man.

Steve Hartman restores my faith in humanity.
Mary Is an absolute saint of a woman. I cannot imagine many people willing to forgive someone to the extent that she did. What a story of humbleness between both of them.
Mary is beautiful. She is the perfect picture of what can happen to us when we let Christ rule in our lives.
Steve deserves a hour long show and I won't stop til CBS gives it to him

Steve Hartman thank you for stories. I'm watching from Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬 🇵🇬 🇵🇬
Give Steve Hartman more respect and time CBS...
The forgiveness is for me! She is a very wise lady.
I can't express the emotion this gives me. It's really a gift.
Steve Hartman the best. I’ve been watching his stories for years. No one tells the stories like Steve. 😊
I wish kids knew kids this or understood we try so hard. Thank you so much for doing that for your mommy. Speechless.
This video made my Bad Better, it warmed my heart and wet my eyes. This video is not "good enough"......It Is Better Than Enough.
A wonderful human being. Didn't let his job as a Judge keep him from helping one who really needed it due from things this man went through in the war. God Bless you Judge. God Bless you!
I love this show. Everyone of them. Thank you .
Absolutely beautiful. If only we all could always do such a beautiful thing. I believe in forgiveness. It feels just like she said. It is just that sometimes it is easier said than done, unfortunately. We should never, ever stop trying.
I had tears in my eyes during every segment. Awesome lessons. Thank you!
This was such a delight! Good sermon fodder too. Thank you!
I forgave my son recently for his treatment of me. The only thing I cannot forgive him for is how he has kept my three grandchildren (ages 20, 16 and 12) from me and turned them against me. He has a sociopathic personality but it still hurts.

Good Lord! You commenting this negative, TMI personal family business on such an uplifting video made to give hope, I think your son made a very good decision. For now. I hope you find peace of mind and unconditional love. I have all the faith that he will come running back to you once he feels your genuine love again.
Thank you Steve, I love your work of healing an injured Nation .
I don't know which I'm enjoying/ have enjoyed more, Steve: the series you did with your kids or this new series. We need your positive stories. Please keep up the good work!!
Love all these beautiful stories! I might watch a news channel if stories like these were reported on. 😉 Thank you for these uplifting real life stories. 💗🙏💗
There needs to be more forgiveness in this world 💖
It never ceases to amaze me - the stories Steve has shown us. I pray that others are effected and see that there is good in this world. Thank you Steve and CBS
More, more, more, please! These stories are good for the soul.
The stories Steve Hartman share are truly a gift! Thanks so much Steve!
I wish he had an hour long show at least once a week....we need this so much in a troubled and chaotic world....💜💜💜💜💜
Preach it, Mary! I would love it if my cousins would realize what she said is true. Until they realize that forgiving their sibling isn't about excusing what he did, but it's about healing themselves, that cancer of unforgivingness and bitterness will continue to grow and spread, and it will destroy them.
This was beautiful
I’m a Hartman!!!!! I love my dad and our family rocks!!!
One person that should have really been featured in this documentary is Judge Caprio of Providence, who is so well known for his kindness towards Veterans, poor people, etc, that appear before him in court. 👍
Love the stories that you share, Steve!
God really uses Steve and his stories to share HOPE. Thank you Steve and friends!
OK I am having a hard week so these tears, happy, grateful tears are so welcome....thank you my angels 😇 ❤ all of you...

Wow! What great stories of forgiveness!
We all need more of this positivity right now 🙏🏼💯😇
I have been watching these videos for days. I qas so touched and moved by all the goodness there still is in the world. I kept searching for more Steve Hartman stories and came to this one. It is the last I can find on YT. I realised why. At furst I tought it was because I love kindness. I love love. I love people. I just love. After watching rhis last videos about the firguveness. I realised I am angry at a lot of people amd circumstances and not to happy. I don't know how this is going to go. But I talked ro myself and decided to go pay more attention at loving me. Really love me, forgive myself and let go.So that is what I am going to spend this year doing. Please qish me luck. I hope to celebrate my sixtieth birthday on my way and doing just fine. ❤❤❤ to everyone. May you have a Blessed 2024.
The One & only God, transforms lives. Seek Him and the Forgiveness His Son, Jesus Christ The Lord!

You go Erik! Young people need help. So thankful how great things turned out for you with forgiveness!
It is nice to be nice, I love learning about ALL countries, and just because people look like you, there is not any love. Until we learn about LOVE and not lust, we are DOOMED! Happy I moved out of the USA at 79. No problem here in Queretaro, Mexico. Prayers sent to everyone, but MOVE!
Thanks a lot Steve. You've gone and made a grown man cry.
in these times pep-talk sure helps
We need more of Steve Hartman, I loved how every one of these stories made me want to be a better person.

How refreshing in what most think of as a dog eat dog world. Thanks for such inspiration most of us really need that as our food for thought and perhaps a push for us to go out and make this a better place.

Wow momma your strong . You gave him a new life and to himself. And to so many teenagers that think they are untouchable with a drink a wheel. Wow. Thank you. Thank you. I DONT have the right words for this at all. Not at all. I hope this touches all who drinking and driving and thinks they are fine. I truly truly think this man is sorry. I am sorry for him also. Such a hard thing. And for the deaths.
