I have just watched a video posted by Yeardley Ski of four worthless police officers. One is wearing the non-uniform policy thin blue line badge. Now I could blame Sadiq Khan. I could blame Sir Mark Rowley, or I could blame the copper himself. My choice is to blame the latter. Boris Johnson instigated Ulez. The Conservative government will fine the Mayor if he fails to implement it. So I find it revealing that many call the current Mayor Khan instead of Mr Khan or Sadiq Khan. This along with the ignoring certain facts about how his decisions are made. implies prejudicial thinking regarding him. Now I am no big fan of his. But I do object to prejudicial thinking. Because it is self-defeating being sobesdily dismissed as irrelevant when compared to facts. So our respective opinions about the validity of Mayor's need not be focused on him alone. But oddly, they are. Yet he has been democratically elected. So are we elevating ourselves above the democratic process based on something quite unsavoury? I would prefer not to do that myself.

Well done Yardley Ski for proving they WANT to be our enemy.

I agree with you but I don't think it was that much better in my youth. I do think there are more bad cops but that's possibly because there are twice as many cops as there were when I was still at school. Look the stats up; number of cops more than doubled since the 60s. Turn up outside the nick with a camera and they all come running out from the canteen. ;)

Wow I hate those thin blue line badges. I had 2 officers knock at my door,it was nothing to do with me, but female officer asked if I lived alone, as though she did not believe me, i shouted at her. Yes I do, looked at him, and saw the thin blue line badge on him,I did not say anything to him, the look I gave him, said it all, they said goodbye to me all sweet, I just shut the door on them. 🤬

Good for that mate, Im 75 yrs old my father was in the Royal Navy and fought under the Union Jack in WW2, he was mentioned in dispatches at Dunkirk on the small ships who knows he may of saved that FKR,s grandads life, he went on to get torpedoed in the Arctic ocean and had to wear a back brace for the rest of his life that person (wont call him a man) is a prick of the lowest order.
