The first hotel you walk by 10 seconds in is Sofitel...yes, I stayed first 5 nights in Suhkumvit there..perfect location if you want the 5 star.

Thank you for watching my video. Recently, it was changed to allow Chinese people to enter Thailand without a visa. But in my experience, it hasn't changed much from before. Because a lot of Chinese people have come since the beginning of this year. Haha.

Hey man! First of all many thanks for your work! Since I cant find no new information on the internet, are there any short time hotels left in the sukhumvit area? If so, would you reccomend any?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I would say that while there are short term hotels around Sukhumvit, it's not really worth it. You can get cheap rooms for the whole night for as low as 10 Euro (and for 25 you'd get something ok-ish). On Airbnb you can get a whole apartment on Soi 11 for 35 Euro. I used a short-term hotel once in that area and it wasn't even worth the low price I paid (cold shower!!). It would be different, if the short term hotels in Thailand would be equipped like the ones in Japan or Brazil, but that's unfortunately not the case.
