I think Stan got a bit too big-headed. He thought he was the special one who should have a unique series of his own. But it didn't happen. Leaving the buses was his downfall.!

True, but when quit he was 56 years old! Much to old to play a bachelor chasing after young women. I think the series was played out as well; when Arthur left it started to crumble imo. Still, good while it lasted

the charge was to use a toilet in both ladies and gents toilets. but urinals in the gents were free. going on how disgusting the ladies toilts were left in the pub I used to wrok in, that charge was more than fair.

You had to pay for both. The issue was womans troubles. They are more likely to use the toilets therefore they got an allowance out on the road. The men just waited until they got back to the depot. Nothing to do with sexism.
