It's heartwarming the way you yt creators talk about each other, how you inspire and influence each other's work, how you support and encourage each other instead of being competitive. Beautiful ❤ and it works for everybody, I'm here thanks to Kathryn's recomendation, and now I subscribe to both your channels. Your art is stunning, I've seen some of your pieces done for the weekly k3n project in our facebook group, they are so inspiring!

Your work is amazing. I love history and your quilt is a wonderful way of telling your family stories. My 2 x Great Grandparents travelled to Tasmania in the late 1800's aboard the Eugenie and Figaro from Denmark and Germany. I also have many convicts on my Grandmothers side.

I am so lucky to have just found you on KZread! I do follow Katherine and Marion and it was lovely to see your 52 week pieces. My husband and I have been building our retirement home over the past year with our son-in-law's help. We'll be moving into our new home in two weeks. It is on a rural farm with a great deal of nature around us. I will have my own art studio within our new (small) home and am excited to start doing my own cloth dyeing this summer. I am starting an ancestry art quilt this summer, so it was wonderful to see what you had done with yours. I have found your pieces quite inspiring and can't wait to see more of your works. ❤

Hello I have just found your channel and I'm so excited to see all the beautiful pieces that you have made I have spent one of the covid years dying fabric with everything I could get my hands on in my garden and from my refrigerator so much fun and now that I've gotten into all the slow stitching I have been using up as you ladies call them my bits and pieces I also would like to get into making more things in the Japanese style with all that died material you are exactly what I was looking for on KZread thank you so much for sharing all that you have done and I am absolutely stunned that you live in Tasmania you should show us pictures sometime of all the little animals in the beauty there thank you again and hope to see so many more of your posts God bless you

Great stuff Rita. I must have found you via k3n clothtales and so happy you popped up in my recommendations. I'm a Melbourne gal and hopping along to the Australasian Quilt Convention tomorrow (for the first time ever). So I'm going to take deep breaths and not get overwhelmed by all the ideas that come from that. I really loved your interpretations of Kathryn's tutorials. I'm yet to start the journal as I only found her 4 days ago. :) I look forward to seeing more videos from you. K
