Yesterday I saw a boat that kind of looked like a Cigarette boat head through the Seattle Boat Locks. That boat was extremely loud at idling and moving very slowly. It was so loud that you couldn't hear the announcements over the Boat Locks PA System with announcements. Normally the bigger boats go in first but since the boat was so loud, they couldn't hear and no one could hear either. At one point the loud boat just stops in the middle of the locks blocking it so other boats couldn't move around. It kind of looked like a clown show on that boat. When the boat locked into another boat to be brought up to the Freemont/Salmon Bay Cut level and the engine was shut off the Lock Worker said Thank God once the loud boat engine was turned off.
