I recorded this on my Canon 7D SLR camera, which was held steady by my Benbo Trekker (British) tripod. As you can see, the camera was quite close to the verandah's surface (on purpose, of course), consequently the video was recorded upside down. This was corrected using Photoshop CS6.
I'm supposed to be doing a 'demo' on the home trainer at our church fete in a couple of months, so I thought I'd better start turning the pedals. Partway through this short session, the pedals hit 129 rpm. Not too bad for a very unfit 70-year-old. Sorry about the bit of wind noise; should have used the external mic.
