Little fact for you Joe just touching on the "we could pretend is an ex trent Barton" bus... TM Travel who operate services in and around Sheffield and Derbyshire have Scania Wrighr Solars and Optare Solos which are in the Ex Trent Barton orange still so you can see this Livery in Yorkshire 👍👍

I was a bus driver in real life for 5 years. The Eclipse 2 is by far the most comfortable smooth bus. Closely followed by the Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 decker. And third best was a very old Dennis Lance Pathfinder. Worse buses I ever drove were the Wright streetlite, and Wright Streetdeck, always ruined your day when your bus turned up and it was a Streetlite. The second worse were the enviro 200/400 horrible things to drive. Love the videos!

With the driver sat in front of the buses front axle, the cab, dashboard, windscreen, and even the entrance platform are essentially 'dangling' beyond the strength of the wheels and suspension. Although not loose by manufacture, that floating nature takes away the sturdiness from the main body, kind of like sitting right at the rear of a bus can make you bounce on the seat along rough roads, being sat quite a way beyond the rear axle. (Though the weight of a rear engine is a large counterbalance when compared to the very front.) This is what makes those areas prone to shake and rattle. This caused massive problems in the design of stowing wheelchair lifts between the front door and front axle on coaches. The lifts are subject to severe rattle, and many are broken repeatedly by the constant shaking in transit, and when it comes to actually operating them, they often fail completely.

The Gemini 2 will be complete when the master bus classic is complete which is the eclipse 1

TML haven't managed to make any notable improvements to their bus physics and sounds in the 5 years since Fernbus was originally released, so I've personally given up hope that The Bus will ever have buses that drive and sound as well as those in OMSI.

My second favourite bus we had was a Ikarus

Someone should do the Plaxton MAN. I had 2 of them on my fleet in 2014. They were absolutely beasts. They had something like a 10 speed truck gearbox in They were absolutely rapid like a coach. Best bus I've ever driven and owned

The livery is ex sixes. Irl it's on a solar and was used as a spare bus . I believe now its been transfered to TM travel

I loved watching the videos! :) | 7:12 I'm always at my bus stop 15 minutes early and I have to wait an extra 30 minutes because one somehow hit a bus shelter at my local Interchange and one is 30 mins late with one directly behind!!

The livery is ex Sixes, you would be correct that they never ran in the Sheffield area with trentbarton however, there are a few debranded ones like this on loan to TM Travel so you can (technically) see these in South Yorkshire...

Just a realism tip - everytime a passenger leaves your bus, most drivers click 'Alight' on the ticketer. I do it but there is no point, its just for realism. Just if you didnt know already :)

Also can you please do the 14 and 15 please can you do them with the 24 with the 25 what's the X5 u46

My yorkshire counties hofs are broken can someone please help, when I select the hof from the drop down menu even if i have just put it in the folder it automatically changed it to the tram hof, so none of the bus destinations come up, even if i replace the hof with a brand new masterswitch one it does the same thing

nice video joe, but when i try and play omsi, its broken, barely anything works, and ive tried re-installing it but nothing is working. do you know how to fix this?

i can not wait for the scania l94 ub wright solar for omsi2 and i might be a proud owner of 2 scania solars i will be critical to see if it sounds like my 2 when they have no kickdown

there is two options for collisions. one is in the front options page and the other one is on 'advanced'

Hi Joe just a bit of information on the Livery, it isn't a The Sixes livery although it is very similar to The Three's livery which is what it's branded for. Irl there are three in this livery and they are on a long temporary loan from the Two's Route to the Three's until Trent Barton replace the Three's Versa's with E200MMC's when that is I don't know but yh that's why the Livery is debranded but branded if you get what I'm saying lol
