@@Ambivalence18 I just got this event on the prologue after you get sent to Whitespace from HS Basil's house. You can talk to Mewo before you stab and get this dialogue.

@@Ambivalence18 It appeared for me after the Photo in HS Basil's House, The dialogue is mostly used to encourage the player into stabbing themselfs to progress.
