Omija Punch (Schisandra Punch: 오미자화채)

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

This recipe is for a refreshing omija punch with pear and noodles. I filmed it in beautiful Munkyeong, where most of the omija in Korea is grown! Full recipe: www.maangchi.com/recipe/omija...
Omija is also known as schisandra berries, or 5-flavor berries, because they taste sour, salty, sweet, spicy, and bitter.
