Plantain is a delicious recipe and one of my favorite meals for dinner and for a simple family meal. the first time I ate it in a friends kitchen it was like 30 minutes of pure disappointment yukky!! but all that changed when I asked my mum to teach me how to prepare it. I had never tasted such delicious Plantain before my mother taught me, I’ll teach you to try it.
