Actually the god is on the side of the non believer in this movie and against the people who have made god a business through temples and other institutions because hinduism is more about a personal god for each individual who can be of any form that suits your needs and not necessarily in the form of what the preachers tell you.

This movie literally made me cry One of the best ones

PK was inspired by Oh My God and Oh My God is better than PK , you should watch .

it's not based on 'Oh god' or Bruce Almighty, nor similar to it. it's way more different in conceptual manner. it's original story inspired from a book of a Gujrati author(don't know names). it's one of the best movies of Akshay Kumar. a must watch 👍

This is one of the best movies of India. PK is based on similar concept but this one takes the cake. You should definitely watch it.

This movie mimic the practices that are here in India people do for pleasing God, not by love but due to fear they have that God will do bad things to them.. And how people actually started taking advantage of this fear that people have... @Reliance is the company that provide electricity here and @ambani is founder of that company.. I hope this clears your confusion to a certain point..

Ganga JAl is holy water. It is said that river ganga originated from LORD SHIV (god of destruction). he mixed Alcohol with Ganga Jal and gave it to all the ppl to drink🤭🤭

This is one of my favourite movies. Trailer is not as good as the movie :) it's nothing like Bruce Almighty, Oh God etc. This movie questions the materialism and commercialism in the way religion is practiced today. It is fantastic. Do see it...

The movie is about how people in India blindly follow these so called gurus who are just fake people and have forgotten what their religion or beliefs actually mean. As an Indian, I couldn't agree more.

This actually is an excellent movie. There are lessons to be learnt from this one. The movie digs really deep into "Religious" things, in a fun non-preachy way! It was originally a famous Gujarati play, I believe. It also is kind of a remake of "The Man Who Sued God (2001)".

it is really one of the best movies made in bollywood....in hollywood even. it has a deep content

God puts his interest in him not becoz he is a non believer but becoz he thinks he is an honest true person ... who doesn;t follow anything blinded instead questions everything

I watched that movie on 28th day of its release It was still running in theatres not full house but 30%-40% and it was taken down only when Rowdy Rathore came out as Omg! is Akshay Kumar's movie and so does Rowdy Rathore And OMG! is inspired from "Kana vs Kanniya" A Gujarati Drama and that lead actor (Shop Merchant who files case against GOD) is same guy who performed this character on theatre stages for years. And in extra , something about movie It strikes Indian Religious System, it shows it dark side how these holy places and saints are doing business with our faith. And it actually does strike in your heart. Amir Khan offered money to director of this movie to not to make this movie as he was making "PK" which has same concept of this movie but director refused and continued with this project. Eventually it dint hurt "PK" but set down a platform for it.

This is a really good movie. It points out how people in the various religious hierarchy have commercialized religion...and how they use people who blindly follow them, for their own material gain. Aamir Khan's P.K. is another great one on this topic, but focuses more on how people use religion to divide rather than unite humanity. Both films are must watch! :)
