I think it would be more fitting if they made Human Omen as a skin. Like in League where there's Human Ryze or King Viego.

I think that omen turned in to omen by viper then he turned in a shadow but sage somehow found him then trying to save him but he couldn’t save him fully so now he’s just a soul that’s why viper says sage failed her because she tried to kill him but sage brought back to life

Actually he tried to break out of there but Dr. Callas turn on the a device making him a phantom when he was later on ripped apart multiple times like shattered pieces scattered across the multiverse.
